GRAWE has continued its winning streak and has once again been presented with the Recommender Award from the Financial Marketing Association of Austria (FMVÖ). As a result, Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung ranks first in the Insurances Nationwide category for a 14th consecutive year. GRAWE was also awarded the seal of quality for “excellent customer orientation”.
The 2026 FMVÖ Recommender Gala took place on 6 May in Vienna. The event celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Recommender Award, and Director of the Board MMag. Georg Schneider accepted the award on behalf of all employees and partners. This saw GRAWE receive the Recommender Award for the 19th time in the last 20 years.

The Recommender Award is presented to institutes that receive the highest number of recommendations in their respective category. This data is based on a survey of around 8,000 customers of banks and insurance companies that was conducted in the first quarter of 2026 by the market research institute Telemark Marketing.
The Recommender is part of a comprehensive study of the financial industry that was commissioned by the independent Financial Marketing Association of Austria (FMVÖ).
