GRAWE continues its success story and was also presented with the renowned “Recommender Award” of the Financial Marketing Association of Austria (FMVÖ) in 2025 too. For already the 13th time in succession, GRAWE secured first place in the category “Insurances nationwide” and once again receives the seal of quality “Excellent customer orientation”.
During the celebratory FMVÖ Recommender Gala on 6 May in Vienna, Board director MMag. Georg Schneider accepted the award on behalf of all employees and partners of GRAWE. Overall, GRAWE has been presented with this outstanding award for the 18th time in 19 years. In addition to winning once again at the Recommender Award in the category “Insurances nationwide”, the seal of quality “Excellent customer orientation” also confirms the consistent alignment of GRAWE to service quality and customer satisfaction.

The Recommender Award is presented to all the institutions that received the highest percentage ratings with regard to recommendations in the respective category in a survey of around 8,000 customers of banks and insurances in Austria in the first quarter of 2025. This customer survey was conducted by the market research institute Telemark Marketing.
The Recommender is part of a comprehensive financial sector study that was commissioned by the independent Financial Marketing Association of Austria (FMVÖ).
